Arrrgggghhhhh BoWsaaNN BerpanTang !!!!

That is the most famous quote from people bila sebut hal berpantang selepas bersalin. The best part is datang dari mulut org yang tak pernah berpantang plak tu. The fact is none of what we think of PANTANG is killing you.
I super enjoyed my confinement period. In the same time i am VERY LUCKY to have my mum to jaga me sepanjang 44 days. Just imagine even before i gave birth, mak always called me n gave me the semangat n tips berpantang after gave birth. Dalam mase berpantang my dear hubby, mak, ayah n adek adek really care me much. Alhamdulillah. Mak cooked for me well n all THE YUMMY RECIPES for berpantang, she taught me the healthy exercises, does and don't do things during berpantang and also how to maintain and get back in shape.

During berpantang kita dimanjakan, all the good foods are ready only for si berpantang, hari hari dapat urut, org datang visit kite hari hari WITH PRESENT n DUIT n people care about us and more!..Macam mana modern pun kite, macam mana bertukar era pun kite, pantang is pantang. I think it Just different by index n dalamannya sahaja yang akan bertukar. But the main thing is you need to pantang after giving birth.

FOOD/DISHES:

Lauk pantang sangat sedap!. Pandai sungguh my mum masak. Ikan haruan yang org kate tak sedap tu, its wrong ok!. Sedap siot!!! During pantang do eat alot of greens, ikan yang tak berbisa, minum warm water banyak, eat masakan yang berhalia, berkunyit, sayur kobis and lobak putih is a must for your milk AND please jgn makan ikan masin sbb your darah will smelly. Vinigar is good because it helps us to kecutkan the rahim. I asked my mum ‘why some people said lauk pantang damn it?’ she said ‘mak diorg masak tak sedap kot’..hahah!!!..but true enuff my pantangs meal SUPER SEDAP. Ade la jugak org org melarang ku memakan hidangan mother ku, yet I still stick and eat to what mak cooked for me. Jangan la pikirkan makanan skarang sama ngan lauk org dulu2 zaman mak kite semua tuh. Takkan sama dong.
DULU, diet harian kite lain so time pantang pun lain la. DULU, nutrition tak balance macam kite dapat skarang because now there are super multi vitamins and this and that. DULU, pembelian makanan ada limitation due to kewangan. But now anywhere everywhere we can get good healthy fresh food. So DULU LAIN SKARANG LAIN. We need something yang sesuai ngan diet kite before pantang. BUT the basic pantang kene jaga contohnya makanan yang terlarang tuh must jaga la n DONT EAT if u nak cepat baik n back to ur shape.

PLEASE NO COMPLAINING

Ok, after giving birth you lost ALOT OF ENERGY. Tapi hati ibu mmg sangat gembira bila dapat lihat muka baby yang baru dilahirkan.Lost pun lost lahhh.
But do aware that new mothers DO NOT LIKE TO BE CRITICIZES by other people INCLUDING families. The more you critics the more tension you will get.
I already kena ok. It was so super sakit hati. Luckily tak meroyan and luckily my perfect hubby Syam help me out. Since at that time my husband was in Penang, working. He can called me every single minutes to tanye khabar me n his son, pass me the semangat supaya tak tension n cool me down. Alhamdulillah

ALOT OF PANTANG THAT YOU WILL LISTEN

after giving birth macam macam ku dengar itu tak boleh ini tak boleh. Pening ok. Sakit hati pun ada. Gaya ni salah gaya tu salah. Habis apa yan betul pun tak tau. Finally i decided to listen ONLY to mak says. If die kate cannot means its a NO. I just shut whatever org lain nye pesan and refer to my mum. Being huru hara n problem kalo dok ikut org tu org ni. Just buat mane yang bole buat n mane yang sanggup. The stupidiest pantang yang ku dengar is "jgn minum air banyak banyak ,nanti badan berair". Excuse me, how am i gonna gain energy if tak minum?. Mak soh minum ku minum la. Tak berair pun. Alhamdulillah ok. I only stick to warm water n no cold drinks because if cold water u will rase the sakit sakit badan n muscle pain, it is mean BISA.
For ur information, i am not normal delivery but caesarean. But ku rase dah how its feel, kedua duanye sekali. Actually we are not planned to caesar, all is last minute changes. Huhh serious i still feel the pain sakit sebelum bersalin, mase dekat labour n sampai la bb keluar then after i feel very LEGA. Only Allah je tau betapa saketnya nak keluarkan orang dari dalam perut nih.nak rase kawen lah. Everythings done well n Alhamdulillah my hubby always BESIDE me n support me sangat hebat. Thanx much to my dearie husband. NOORISYAM

MAKE YOUR TIME USEFULL

As normal ‘aku benci time pantang sebab boring’. (ayat ni BIASANYA datang dari org yang tak penah berpantang) Hello!!! Ni dunia dah berubah dong.
Occupied yourself ngan entertainment la.tengok la television o kan computer ade, hmm internet kan sume ade, ape lagi. Tak la boring sangat. Tak pun tido sbb kite kena perlu banyak berehat, suruh rehat pun nak bising ke. Ni lah peluang kite wahai mother mother sekalian.

Tu la sedikit sebanyak experience ku. Ada confusion nak tanye, just hit it babe.
